The BioTek Cytation 5 cell imaging multimode reader combines fluorescence and high contrast brightfield imaging with conventional multimode detection (UV-Vis absorbance) providing both quantitative phenotypic cellular data with well-based quantitative data.
It offers 4x magnification in fluorescence, brightfield and phase contrast and has a DAPI, RFP, GFP and Cy5 filter cube. The system further includes a gas controller, a dispenser and an autoscratch wound making device.

The BioTek Cytation 1 cell imaging multimode reader combines fluorescence and high contrast brightfield imaging with conventional multimode detection (UV-Vis absorbance) providing both quantitative phenotypic cellular data with well-based quantitative data.
It enables cell counting to be performed in a label-free manner for use in applications such as proliferation or normalization. Gen5 software simplifies image capture and plate reading.
It offers 4x magnification in fluorescence, brightfield and phase contrast and has a DAPI filter cube.
